Information We Collect

When you submit a booking or contact request on this website, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number (if given), preferred hunting or lodging dates, and any message you send us.

We also use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use this site — pages viewed, general location (city/region level), device type, and how you arrived at the site. This does not include the contents of your booking form.

How We Use It

• To respond to your booking or contact request and confirm hunt or lodging dates.
• To send you a confirmation email acknowledging your request.
• To understand overall site traffic and improve the website.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Where It's Stored

Booking form submissions are stored in our secure database (Supabase) and are also emailed to Sanctuary Ranch staff for follow-up, using our email delivery provider (Resend). Site analytics data is processed by Google Analytics under Google's own privacy policy.

Your Choices

You can ask us to delete the information you've submitted, or ask what we have on file, at any time by contacting us using the information below. You can also opt out of Google Analytics tracking using your browser's cookie settings or a browser extension such as Google's Analytics Opt-out Add-on.
